How did you find out about the finish time extension? I hung out online until about quarter after, thinking maybe there was a lag time in the data updates because I refused to believe she wouldn't make it. I ended up just missing her big finish.

i was watching the live video feed, and they said they were extending it by 37 minutes because it took 37 minutes to get all the athletes off the beach and into the water for the swim (due to effed up swim start).
I know - the lag was really annoying, eh?
