Perhaps some of you are familiar with demotivators - those well executed parodies of annoying "motivational" posters one might see in a corporate setting.

There are so many appropriate to triathlon, I don't know where to start.

Anyway. The lovely creators of the demotivators at despair.com have given us a tool so that we can create our own special demotivators.
