That would suck.
Hope the rest of the recovery is as painless as possible.
You should make a de-motivastion poster about little brats who jump in front of moving bicycles.
ARGHHHHHHHHH!
just catching up.
Celebrity Something has been officially delayed...
i blame your friend.
sersly, i wouldn't let ANYONE ride my P3C.
that was just irresponsible useage of high-speed weaponry. i mean, i don't even pedal, i just hold on for dear life. that kind of weaponry should not be in the hands of civilians...
sending percocet induced vibes from the drum circle here in Bolder!
CRAP!! i don't visit your blog for a couple of days and look what happens!! broken arm???
i was looking forward to meeting you at SOMA! hope you feel better. i'll put a little extra kick in the run portion for you to beat Greyhound.
man... this SUCKS.
oh bold, it's not about the bike!
but i know exactly. what you mean. it is not to be trifled with...
I WANT ONE!!
Aww J-rat, I would totally do a "hairdoo" for you if I were around... or fold clothes or whichever! Get better soon (twelve weeks? My six year old neice just shattered her elbow. Surgery, five metal pins and they say she'll be out of the freaking cast in eight weeks. Sucks to be old doesn't it?)
Oh man, that's terrible. I hope your doc gets you some good pain meds soon.
Dread Pirate!!! OMG. I hate that you're injured. Just heard it from Nytro today.
I hope you'll come out and cheer, even if you cheer for Nytro.
Well there's the upside for you - the kids are learning to help around the house. Most of us have to do a lot of yelling to get that. Next up is teaching them to make dinner AND clean the kitchen.
Count your blessings ???
that P2C IS a sexy blue thing.
you really shouldn't be held responsible to its siren call.
So I jump over from Nytro's side and holy hell that was one great first blog to read. I am so very sorry about your crash and hope you heal without losing all of your hair. Seriously how can you manage all three of them?
Hey, now, I'm seeing some real possibilities. E.g., "gosh, you all were so big and helpful when mommy was hurt! Now that I now what you can do, I'll be expecting it all the time. Get to work!"
A visit to Nytro reveals a "Man Down" notification. Figured I'd stop by and show some moral support. I've been there, but in a different time (triple fractured arm when 4 or 5, shattered led when 7).
Sorry to hear about SOMA. You can rest easy that the worst of the recovery time comes during the "off season." We'll keep you in our prayers for a speedier and issue free recovery.
Darling, laundry doesn't need to be folded! Beds don't need to be made! Is this horrible thing what happens when you covet your neighbor's bike? Do you need food? company? books? a ride somewhere, anywhere out of the house? I'm here to serve!
